We understand many people prefer to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, even as their care needs increase as a natural part of ageing. Whether you need support for a short period, such as after a hospital stay, while convalescing from an injury or illness, or ongoing support to maintain your health and independence at home, we can provide respite care at home or whilst accompanying you to an activity or outing of your choice.
This package attempts to assist you with the appropriate home and garden related care that is set by the Case Manager according to your needs. The assistance may include:

Home Care Packages
Home Care packages are in-home care services that are funded (either in part or in full) by the Australian Government (My Aged Care) to help you live in the comfort of your own home while receiving care.
Level 1 - Support people with basic needs
This care packages [HCP level one] is designed to support people who have basic level care needs. Basic level needs can include standard daily tasks such as personal care, domestic assistance, social support, meal preparation, shopping or transport.
Level 2 - Support people with low-level care needs
This care package is aimed at supporting people who have low-level care needs. If you or a loved one has low-level care needs, you may be eligible to receive assistance with a range of tasks such as: personal care, domestic assistance, loan of basic care equipment, social support, meal preparation, shopping, transport, basic home & garden maintenance, and some nursing care.
Level 3 - Support people with intermediate care needs
This care package is designed to support people who have intermediate level care needs. If you or a loved one has intermediate level care needs, you may be eligible to receive assistance with a variety of tasks such as: personal care, domestic assistance, household assistance, assistance with aids and appliances, social support, meal preparation, medication management, nursing support, allied health support, shopping, transport, support with changes to memory and/or behaviour.
Level 4 - Support people with high care needs
This care package is intended to support people who have high-level care needs. If you or a loved one has a high level or complex care needs, you may be eligible to receive assistance with a range of tasks such as personal care such as showering or dressing, domestic assistance such as laundry or cleaning, assistance with aids and appliances, social support, meal preparation, medication management, nursing care, allied health support, shopping, transport, support with changes to memory and/or behavioural therapies.
