What is the purpose of a Home Care Package?

A Home Care Package (HCP) is designed to support senior Australians who are struggling with their care needs to be able to live independently using a consumer-directed (CDC) approach. The CDC model is to ensure that you as the consumer is provided with choice and flexibility with the services and care that is delivered to you.

As an approved provider for Home Care, Farris Care Services is required to ensure that we meet and we strive to exceed The Aged Care Quality Standards. There are 8 Standards which are to ensure that every aspect of care contributes to your safety, health and well-being.
