Clinical Care Manager

Our qualified Division 1 Nurse, places an emphasis on maintaining your dignity and independence. Completing a comprehensive and holistic assessment of your needs, and referring you to a range of community services, where appropriate, while supporting your ongoing health requirements.

Our Case Managers are skilled professionals in aged care who embrace the principles of advocacy and person-centred care planning, ensuring that each client has a comprehensive suite of services that addresses their needs.

Personal Carers
Our highly qualified, skilled and experienced personal care team members all hold a minimum Certificate III in Aged and/or Community Care. They also hold a Level 2 First Aid Certificate and have been carefully screened and police-checked for your peace of mind.
