Farris, was a loving name for our grandmother who was the saviour of our extended family. She was named the knight of the family for all the help and support she provided for us. This company, Farris Care, was started on the basis of helping our grandmother with aged care needs and disability requirements as she was growing older, and now needing our help.
We started this company with 2 knights (services). One being Aged Care Services and the other being the Disability Services. Our company upheld values that were taught to us by our beloved grandmother. Values including empathy, integrity and respect for everyone we deal with. Every case we take continues to be dealt with professionally but with the values we harbour in our family in order to achieve the best possible outcome.
Based on our values, we do this work to be the carer of choice for people who require support. Our ethic is based on creating services for the needs of individuals. We continue to provide care until individuals feel self-sufficient and comfortable to live independently.

Since our establishment in 2017, we have been providing quality support and care to our community. We cater for all different areas of the community, including a range of cultures, ethnicities and genders. We tailor services for every individual ensuring the most effective care is given and received. By hiring a diverse range of employees that cater for the needs of our equally diverse community. We ensure a timely response to your needs whilst maximising support according to each level of funding, without compromising on quality of care.
Clinical Care Manager
Our Clinical Care managers are skilled professionals in disability and aged care who provide a dignified environment to assess individual needs, referring people to a range of community services appropriate to individual requirements.
Our Case Managers embrace the principles of advocacy and individualised care planning. They ensure that each client has a comprehensive suite of services that addresses their needs.
Our highly qualified, skilled and experienced personal care team members, all hold a minimum Certificate III in Aged and/or Community Care. They also hold a Level 2 First Aid Certificate and have been carefully screened and police-checked for your peace of mind.
